People are too caught up in their mental body and ego to acknowledge their emotional body. It is through the emotional body and etheric body where we are able to sense and interact with the world around us. It is through the emotional body that allows human to have empathy. We have been taught for thousands of years to ignore our feelings, heart, and conscience. On the contrary, it is through our heart that allows us to connect with people, the environment, and the Universe. It is through our heart that allows us to tap into our Soul and universal knowledge.
